The boys do look peaceful; the light is pretty, and the sundog is an icing-on-the cake moment. This is a nice photo, TJ !
Those ponies made it hard to get them in a decent frame WITH the sundog and all looking good. Ha. But they managed it (of course they did!). 🙂
Interesting they stand near each other.
They weren’t maybe quite as close as they look in the pic; the long lens compresses space, remember. But yes, they were very peaceful. They’d had a bit of a chat earlier and by this time, they were just in their own spaces, with their mares behind/beside them.
